Hand Printed Christmas Cards

This year I decided to hand print all my christmas cards for my friends and family.

First off I printed the word Noel using wooden type and then I traced around the letters to transfer them onto some lino,

This week I have spent some time in the print room doing some proof prints of the lino cuts I did last week,

I did another lino cut on some different lino to the lino that I used for the prints above (which was soft cut Lino)

Out of all the prints that I have done with the lino I think I prefer the last ones I did (the last 4 images) as they have more detail to them compared to the ones that I did with the soft cut lino.

The idea for these prints is to have a limited amount of maybe 10 that will be limited edition and signed by me :).
